Pietra Grey Marble

Graphite and charcoal, moody and smoky – so many adjectives can be applied to Pietra Grey marble. In truth, it can’t be pinned down. As with all natural stone, it varies in appearance, ranging from soft grey to something inkier in tone, and is shot through with snowy white streaks. Not too pale, not too dark, this timeless grey marble is subtle, stylish and strikes a sophisticated note in any setting.

Despite its Italian name, Pietra Grey marble is actually quarried in Iran’s Isfahan province. This treasured, ancient stone has been used to build historical monuments down the centuries, but today its cool, calm elegance makes it a favourite in contemporary homes, on floor and wall tiles, kitchen surfaces and grey marble bathroom furniture. Pietra Grey marble is strong and durable, non-porous and resistant to knocks and chips, marking it out as a true legacy material. When you choose a Pietra Grey bath, washbasin or vanity unit from Riluxa, you’re investing in beautiful, sustainable bathroom furniture that will last a lifetime.
