A Kind of Blue: The Corian® Colour Georgia Modulo Push

The hype around both Corian® colours and customisable bathrooms has grown to epic proportions in the last year. And, having visited the amazing Cevisama 2020 exposition in Valencia, Spain this week, we saw examples of both in all their glory. Where Riluxa leads, others have most certainly followed.

So, while those topics are hot on everyone’s lips, we thought that there’s no time like the present to show off one of our most stunning examples of fully customisable coloured Corian®, the Georgia Modulo Push wall-mounted washbasin and 2-drawer cabinet vanity unit.

First thing’s first – blue is but one of the available colours

The reason we chose to showcase this beautiful vanity unit in Corian® Laguna blue is that… well… heck… just look at it. It is really something else. There was definitely some trepidation in doing so, we’re happy to admit, but the fact that we were immediately inundated with orders upon launching it made us realise we were onto something special.

The funny thing is, even though the Georgia is available in every single Corian® colour, 96% of those orders have been for the unit in Corian® Laguna blue. Now, either that’s because people were simply floored by the beauty of the colour and didn’t even need to consider an alternative or because they didn’t realise alternative colours were available.

So, a quick heads-up, just in case: when we say, “fully customisable,” we really mean it. Choose whatever colour you like from the drop-down menu! Imagine the Georgia vanity unit in Imperial Yellow, Jade Onyx or Deep Nocturne. There are some seriously special possibilities to be had and the cool thing is, only a few people have chosen to really explore them, so you could potentially be creating a truly unique piece of furniture.

It comes with or without the cabinet

Again, just because you might not need a cabinet, that doesn’t mean you can’t have your beloved Georgia wall mounted washbasin on its own. Customisable means just that: have it your way.

Obviously, it looks pretty, pretty sweet as a vanity unit, with that matching 2-drawer cabinet beneath it with luxurious, handle-free, soft-close drawers. A little bit of minimalist heaven, right there. But it’s not compulsory. It’s not like you’re asking Jamie Oliver to put a bit more cumin in his chilli or anything. Just have the washbasin on its own, if you like.

Owners of smaller bathrooms need not feel disheartened

Some people look at the image of the Georgia Modulo Push vanity and think: “It’s gorgeous. It’s just too big for my bathroom.” We know, because they’ve literally said it over the phone to us. So, one more time for good measure: when we say, “fully customisable,” that’s exactly what we mean. And that includes the size of both the basin and the cabinet.

It’s an easy mistake to make. You see the massive, stunning unit with broad trough basin and just assume that’s the only size it comes in. Why wouldn’t you? Other online retailers don’t really offer fully customisable products where you can choose your exact dimensions right there on screen with easy-to-use sliders.
