MEET THE DESIGNER
Granger-Margon Reimagine Spaces
The Paris-based Granger-Margon interior architecture agency reimagines spaces to reveal the potential of their clients’ homes. As Interior Architects, the team manages the entirety of each project – from conception and planning, to managing trades, to the final handover to the client. Their work typically involves redesigning how an existing building should function, weaving in the story their clients would like to tell, while making sure the space also meets their practical needs.
The co-founders of the studio chat to us about their design background and share images of some of their favourite projects, as well as explain why they choose Riluxa products time and again.
First of all, tell us a little bit about yourselves and your background. How did your career in design begin?
We’re a team of two who met several years ago while completing our training in the École Camondo, the school of product design and interior architecture located in Paris. We then worked separately for a variety of French and international interior architecture offices, delivering projects for both private clients, luxury brands, retail and the education sector. In founding our Interior Architecture office, Granger-Margon, we wanted to bring together our complementary set of skills and experiences to offer clients a complete package.
Do you have a signature style? How would you classify it?
We like designs that are clean and minimalist. In terms of our style, we aim to create a unique, timeless, elegant and refined atmosphere.

Tell us about your relationship with Riluxa and why you've chosen to use Riluxa pieces in some of your projects?
We found your website online when searching for bathroom supplies for a project. Since then, we have developed a special relationship with Aurélie from the Riluxa team, who’s always there to help us when needed.
What Riluxa pieces have you used in your projects?
We keep coming back to your wall-mounted basins and furniture, like the Pegasus and the Quiet double washbasins in Corian, or the Gaia wall-mounted cabinet with two drawers.
Project Cardenet was a complete renovation of a 7-storey building to create multiple high-end rental properties. Riluxa products used: a Pegasus Wall-Mounted Double Washbasin in Corian® and a Gaia 2-drawer wall-mounted cabinet.
What attracted you to these specific pieces?
We really like being able to specify exactly the size we need for each project and have the pieces made to order. And the quality of the pieces, whether they’re made of Corian® or wood, the finish is exceptional.
Project Scheffer involved the complete renovation of an Art Deco building. The floor plan was reconfigured, shifting the living space to one end of the home, while the bedrooms and bathrooms were moved to the calmer, more intimate side of the house. Here we see an uber-minimalist bathroom with striking terrazzo tile, which is continued all the way through the shower.
